How Does a Session or Treatment Work?

A session or treatment is received lying down on a table with shoes removed, but otherwise fully clothed. It is important that you wear comfortable clothing. For Sound Healing sessions, do not wear clothing with buttons or zippers, as they will interfere with placement of the singing bowls.

When doing energy healing techniques, I may place my hands near or lightly on your body, letting them rest for a few minutes in a series of different positions. If you have a specific injury or area of concern, I may spend more time focusing on that area.

While it may seem incredibly simple, Energy Healing techniques and vibrational Sound Healing are powerful tools, and people usually let go of any initial skepticism after their first session. The results can be profound. During a session most clients will feel a deep sense of relaxation, and may also feel pulsing, tingling, or a warm sensation and sense of comfort. It is also possible that you may feel the release of emotions or other sensations, such as detoxifying symptoms or muscle twitches, during or after a session. Most recipients report having a sense of calm and well-being.

How Will I Feel Afterwards?

Immediately following your session, you will be asked to take some time to enjoy the deep state of relaxation and to slowly come back into full awareness. Please drink plenty of water after your session to help flush out your system. You may have to go to the bathroom more frequently, and feel the need for more rest.

Clients should be observant and notice their thoughts, behavior, reactions, feelings, energy levels immediately following, and for the next few days after their session. Many clients with chronic conditions notice an immediate reduction in pain and symptoms.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

You may only need one session, but each individual is unique. In some cases, a series of 3 or more sessions is recommended. Clients are expected to take an active part in their healing process. Healing takes physical, emotional, and spiritual commitment.

Many clients who lead stressful lives, book regular appointments to allow their body to be in the deep state of relaxation that they normally do not or cannot experience on their own. Each session is individual and based on your personal needs.

Shamanic Healing Arts (1 1/2 hours) $120

The Shamanic Healer acts as an intermediary between the physical and spiritual worlds and intervenes on the spiritual planes, on behalf of the person seeking physical, emotional and spiritual healing and transformation. My techniques include working with energy, sound, crystals and stones, Illumination, Soul Retrieval, and Death Rites (meaning death to the "old story" and the way it is held in the energy field).

Shaman may journey within an altered state of consciousness, most often sonic-driven by drumming, to interact with their power animals, spiritual teachers and angels within the non-ordinary worlds, to receive information and instruction to assist themselves and their clients.

Shamanism is a universal way of life; maintaining spiritual awareness, higher consciousness and direct communication with Spirit that is not confined to a particular culture or religion.

The rites themselves are given free of charge. There is a $95 investment for materials and mentorship.

The Munay-Ki, meaning "I love you" or "Be as thou art", are nine rites of initiation that have been handed down from time immemorial through the medicine tradition of the Americas. The modern day custodians of these rites are the Q'ero Indians of the Andes. The Q'ero and many other Native American peoples believe that humanity is now going through a great transition it consciousness. The Reconnection facilitates healing, allows light and information to travel through us on all levels of our being, and enables the acceleration of our healing and evolution.
